These Pumpkin Hand Pies are so easy to make using a pumpkin-shaped cookie cutter, store-bought pie crust, and a sweetly spiced pumpkin pie filling.
Pumpkin Hand Pies
Sometimes a simple treat is all you need to make an occasion special. These little Pumpkin Hand Pies sprinkled with orange sugar would dress up any Halloween dessert table, add some color to your Thanksgiving dessert selection, or make breakfast on a cool fall day a little brighter.
Pumpkin Hand Pies have a sweetly spiced pumpkin filling, a flaky pie crust, and a brightly colored sugar coating and are pretty easy to make using pumpkin-shaped cookie cutters.
Just un-roll some ready-made pie crust and cut out lots of little pumpkin shapes using your cookie cutter. The recipe will make 20 Pumpkin Hand Pies so you'll have plenty to serve to your party guests. They are easy to transport even if you have to travel a long distance when visiting family or friends.
Kids of all ages will fall in love with these sweet little Pumpkin Hand Pies. I know I did!

Head over to Dixie Crystals to see the recipe for these Pumpkin Hand Pies.
While you are over at Dixie Crystals be sure to check out my recipe for these sweetly spiced Doughnut Hole Pumpkins too. These are one of my favorite dessert creations I've made for Dixie Crystals. The recipe makes 56 doughnut holes and you'll be tempted to eat every one of them yourself! I know I was sure tempted.
Each soft pumpkin spiced doughnut is coated in a pumpkin glaze and decorated with a candy stem which makes them totally irresistible.
