Father’s Day Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

June 2, 2019 This post may contain affiliate links.

There’s no better way to celebrate your dad than with a giant Father’s Day Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake. This soft, chewy brown sugar cookie is loaded with decadent chocolate chips and is fun to decorate for Father’s day, a birthday, or any special occasion.

How much would your dad love this Father’s Day Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake?

Could he eat the whole thing? Perhaps he’d like to, but your family and friends will definitely want to help.

I made this to celebrate Father’s Day because my dad is a huge cookie monster and my entire family will love snacking on this dessert.

The chocolate chip cookie is 14 inches in diameter, is soft and chewy in the center, and is crunchy around the edges. It’s decorated with chocolate and vanilla marshmallow frosting to add a touch of sweetness to the decadent richness of the cookie cake.

You can decorate your own cookie cake for any special occasion. It’s so easy to do.

Just fill some pastry bags with the frosting and pipe out a special message and don’t forget to add a border.

You can find the recipe and the directions to make this yummy dessert

Chocolate chip cookies are one of my favorites, so maybe I should make this cake for my dad hoping he’ll share! 🙂
