Strawberry Soda Popsicles from Pint Sized Baker

Strawberry Soda Popsicles
Hello to all the Hungry Happening fans! I am Karyn, from Pint Sized Baker and Dieter’s Downfall. You could say that I am total dessert fanatic! I’ve got sugar in my veins and frosting on my fingers.

On Pint Sized Baker I like to make semi-homemade desserts that are fun for “Mommy and Me treats”, like these cookiescakes, and cake pops.
On Dieter’s Downfall, I make totally decadent desserts. I try to break down them down over three recipes and three days so that you aren’t slaving away all day making it. The recipes can be made individually or combined as I’ve done is this example-
Homemade Creme Fraiche Desserts
Day one: Homemade Creme Fraiche – Day two: Strawberry Rhubarb Curd – Day three: Meringue “Cupcakes”. Head on over and check out all my recipes :) Thanks!

Homemade Strawberry Popsicles
With the July heat, I’ve been making a lot of frozen treats. Ice Cream and Popsicles are a big must for me any time of year. They just seem so much more rewarding in the summer time. These Strawberry Soda Popsicles are so easy to make and tasted wonderful!
If you love making ice cream floats or cream sodas, then these popsicles are a MUST! I simply added some vanilla ice cream to my popsicle molds, then poured in some strawberry soda and froze them. Easy Peazy!

You could use root beer, coca-cola, or orange soda for a great flavor alternative. I’m sure any flavor combination would be great!
