Bake up a batch of S'mores Magic Bars to enjoy the taste of toasted marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate without a campfire. These red, white, and blue treats will add a festive touch to your July 4th dessert table.

S' mores Magic Bars topped with gooey toasted marshmallows, caramelized sweetened condensed milk, and red, white, and blue M&M's.

These cookie bars with their layers of S' mores Oreo Cookie crumbs, ooey gooey caramel, rich melted chocolate, crunchy graham crackers, toasted marshmallow, and Red, White, and Blue M&M's are already calling my name.

They are seriously irresistible and they are super easy to make.

Red, white, and blue S' Mores Bars stacked up on a small white plate in front of a glass of milk.

If you have never made magic bars you might be amazed at their simplicity.

You simply layer delicious ingredients into a pan then bake until the sweetened condensed milk caramelizes enough to hold everything together.

As these s' mores magic bars bake the mini marshmallows also become toasty and golden brown and they taste just like a fire-roasted marshmallow.

Red, white, and blue M&M topped S'mores Bars made using graham crackers, toasted marshmallows, and chocolate.

4th of July S' mores Magic Bars

    Ingredients:

30 S' mores Oreo Cookies, crushed into fine crumbs (or use traditional Oreo Cookies)
    ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    7 graham cracker squares
9 ounces chocolate (if using bars, chop them into pieces or use chips)
10-ounce bag mini marshmallows (about 4 cups)
2 cups Red, White, and Blue M&M's
1 ounce dark cocoa candy melts, melted

    Instructions:

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    • Line a 9 inch by 13-inch baking pan with non-stick aluminum foil.
Layer S' mores Oreo Cookies, sweetened condensed milk, graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows.

    Laying the magic bars.

    • Mix the Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press it into the bottom of the pan.
    • Pour sweetened condensed milk over crust.
    • Break graham crackers and chocolate and sprinkle over top.
    • Sprinkle on marshmallows.
    • Bake for 30 minutes.
Red, white, and blue s'mores magic bars in a 9x13" pan.

    Add Toppings.

    • Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle red, white, and blue candies over top.
    • Place back in the oven for 5 more minutes.
    • Remove from oven and allow to cool for 20 minutes.
    • Drizzle candy melts over top.
    • Let cool for 30 more minutes then refrigerate for 2 hours.
    • Remove and allow it to sit at room temperature for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
Go ahead, take a bite. These S'mores Magic Bars are layers with S'mores Oreos, melted chocolate, crunchy graham crackers, gooey caramel, toasted marshmallows and M&M's. Recipe from HungryHappenings.com
