It's so easy to turn Laughing Cow cheese wedges into a fun Halloween appetizer. Serve this cute Candy Corn Cheese with crackers. Your party guests will love this fun snack.

candy corn cheese made using Laughing Cow cheese wedges.

My goal this Halloween is to simplify. I'm going to try my best to reduce the amount I have to do for our Halloween party by making some quick and easy Halloween party food starting with these Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge Candy Corn.

Wedges of Laughing Cow cheese are painted with yellow and orange food coloring to look like candy corn. It can't get much simpler than that!

You can serve the candy corn cheese with crackers and they will look amazing on a Halloween Charcuterie board.

    Yellow and Orange Food Coloring

If you are opposed to using store-bought food coloring, there are several natural food colors on the market that will work great as well.

    Supplies

    food-use-only paint brushes

    Instructions

decorated Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss cheese wedges to look like candy corn using orange and yellow food coloring.

    Paint the cheese.

    • Unwrap Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges.
    • Paint a stripe using yellow food coloring at the wide end of the cheese wedge. Be sure to paint the edges around the yellow stripe.
    • Paint a wider orange stripe above the yellow stripe, leaving the tip white. Paint the edges as well.
    • Allow the food coloring to dry.
    • Serve.

    Serve

That's it! These candy corn cheese wedges are ready to serve.

    Storage

You can decorate this cheese ahead of time. Store the cheese wedges in an airtight container in the refrigerator. I found it best to place a piece of paper towel in the container. It will wick up any moisture keeping condensation from forming on the cheese.

That is definitely the easiest Halloween recipe I've ever made to share with you.

Yes, even if you wanted less food color, you could eliminate painting the sides of the cheese.
