Curve each rectangle then press and pinch the short ends of two of the treats together creating a 6 1/2 inch by 2 inch curved rectangle. Continue to curve the two treats into a 2 inch tall cylinder and press the other ends together.
Allow ganache to cool for 15-20 minutes. You don’t want to pour the ganache into the cups if it’s too hot. You want it to feel cool to the touch, but still be fluid enough to pour.
