Roly Poly Santa Cake

December 3, 2015 This post may contain affiliate links.

Add a touch of whimsy to your Christmas meal by serving a Roly Poly Santa Cake for dessert. This cute cake is perfect for any Christmas party!

Roly Poly Santa Cake

This fun cake was inspired by a batch of Roly Poly Santa Cookies which were created by assembling balls of cookie dough, attaching them together, and baking them so they puff up and become one cute Santa.

Using a similar technique, I created this cake using round cakes and cupcakes. Each cake is attached to the next then frosted so that it looks just like the smaller cookies.
