March Madness Recipes for Basketball Themed Foods

March 14, 2012 This post may contain affiliate links.

Have some fun creating some Basketball Themed Foods for your upcoming March Madness party! These yummy foods are a great centerpiece to wow any of your guests.

Mini Cheeseburger with Basketball Cheese

President Obama and the British Prime Minister, David Cameron  were here in Dayton last night for a basketball game at the University of Dayton. It was a huge deal in the city. Friends of mine attended the game and enjoyed all the excitement surrounding the evening. I was home enjoying the incredibly beautiful evening outside with my hubby and dogs and had to look on the Internet this morning to see who won the game.

Although I’m not a fan of basketball, I did enjoy creating these March Madness themed appetizer recipes last year. I’ve been too busy creating new Easter recipes to make any basketball shaped foods this year, but think these three ideas will give you inspiration in the kitchen if you are hosting a March Madness party. Just click on the recipe title and you will be re-directed to the tutorial.

Tomorrow I will announce a new, and very exciting giveaway for spring, so be sure to stop by.

Super clever ideas. I love the basketball cheese. I would have never thought of that but now have it in my idea bank. Thanks for that.

LOVE!!! You did it again Beth. I am going to feature this on my blog today because I love it so much. I am not a huge basketball fan either, but grew up in Ohio. We got to root for our Buckeyes!
