    • white chocolate chips or white candy melts (or another confectionery coating like Candy Quik or Merckens)

    popcorn recipe ingredients

Step-by-Step Guide to Making White Chocolate Twix Popcorn

Cut Twix Bites in half or cut Twix candy bars into small ¼-inch thick pieces.

Pop 1 bag of  Orville Redenbacher's Naturals Simply Salt Popcorn according to package instructions. Remove un-popped kernels and pour popcorn into a very large mixing bowl.

Melt the white candy melts. Heat it in the microwave on high power for 1 minute, then stir, and heat it on high for 30 seconds. Then allow the candy coating to sit in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Remove bowl and stir. If wafers are not completely melted, heat on high for 10-second increments, stirring after each.

Heat dark cocoa candy melts in the microwave on high for 15-second increments, stirring after each until melted.

    Peanut butter popcorn glaze

Pour peanut butter chips into a bowl of melted white candy coating.

Stir, and wait 1 minute, then gently stir again. The chips will melt slightly.

Pour over the popcorn. Toss to stir until all the popcorn is coated.

    Toss in the Twix Bites.

Peanut Butter Popcorn with Twix Bites

Pour popcorn onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Spread into a thin layer. Drizzle with the melted dark candy melts.

Freeze for 10 minutes or refrigerate for 15 minutes. Break into small pieces.

You're now equipped to create the ultimate movie night indulgence - White Chocolate Twix Popcorn.

Whether you're settling in for a cozy night at home or hosting a viewing party, this treat is guaranteed to steal the show. Happy munching, and enjoy the show!

If you want to store this for more than a day, it's best to keep it in a metal tin. It will stay crunchy and fresh if kept in a tin for up to a month, but I bet it won't last that long.

It's hard not to eat then entire bowl especially when the bowl is edible too! I love having carpet in our movie theater. I don't enjoy sitting on the floor, but couldn't help it last night. The room is so warm and cozy now. I love it:)

How awesome is that?! Your new home theater AND the popcorn! It looks delicious and if I hadn't actually read your post, I would never have realized the bowl was really popcorn too! I thought it was glass. Yum!

I'm working on the tutorial for the popcorn bowl right now and will have it posted soon. It looks so cool in person and it was fun to watch people break it apart and eat big chunks of it.
