I love the convenience of baking with a cake mix and using store bought frosting, especially when I'm baking something like these Dog Cupcakes and Cat Cupcakes for a kids party. Don't you?
Pillsburyโข has a new product that will make decorating cupcakes, cookies, or cakes even easier. The Pillsburyโข Filled Pastry Bags, which you can find in the frosting aisle at Walmart, are disposable pastry bags filled with either chocolate fudge, vanilla, or cream cheese frosting. Each bag is even fitted with a star pastry tip on the end. These pre-filled pastry bags are perfect when you are short on time or when you don't want to purchase all the tools separately.
My favorite thing about using these pre-filled bags is the lack of dishes to clean up afterward. If you have any frosting left, just place the bag in a zip-top bag and refrigerate it for another use.
You can decorate a whole batch of 24 of these adorable cat and/or dog cupcakes in less than 30 minutes.
