Use pumpkin carving stencils to create a fun Halloween dinner. You can cut out the tortilla like you are carving a pumpkin or you can sprinkle chili powder over the stencil to create your design.
Lay a pumpkin carving template over a tortilla.
Cut one of the tortillas using the stencil as a guide.

Spread the black bean dip on the whole round tortilla then top with the cut-out tortilla.
Bake in a 350-degree F oven for 6-8 minutes until warmed through.
Brush egg wash over one of the tortillas.
Set the plastic stencil over the tortilla.
Sprinkle chili powder over the top of the cut-out area of the stencil.
Sprinkle the chicken and cheese on the whole tortilla and top with the cut-out tortilla.
Bake in a 350-degree F oven for 6-8 minutes until warmed through.

These are best eaten as soon as they are baked but you can decorate your tortillas and store them in a zip-top bag for up to 2 weeks.
