Paint orange candy melts beaks.
Freeze for 3-5 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

Add a second layer of light cocoa candy melts around the sides of the mold if needed, then chill again.
Spoon enough dehydrated marshmallows to cover the bottom of each chocolate shell.
Spoon hot cocoa mix over top, spreading it into an even layer, leaving at least ⅛-inch over the top.
Brush any powdered mix that has gotten on the edges of the chocolate shell.
Pour a layer of light cocoa candy melts over the top of the hot cocoa mix and spread into an even layer, making sure the wet melted chocolate touches the hardened chocolate shell.
Freeze for 5-10 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Remove the mold from the freezer, set your hand or a small cutting board over the candies, flip the mold upside down, and allow the hot chocolate bomb turkeys to fall out.
Serve in a mug of very hot milk.
