Sprinkle-Coated White Chocolate Bowls for Valentine's Day

This Valentine's Day make White Chocolate Bowls using a mold, not a balloon, then dress them up by coating them in festive holiday sprinkles and fill them with ice cream, mousse, pudding or candy.

Ingredients
12ouncesmelted and tempered pure white chocolate or
melted white confectionery coating
6ouncesassorted sprinkles*
.
*Each bowl will be coated in less than 1/2 ounce of sprinklesbut you need more to fill a bowl so that you can roll the white chocolate bowl in them.
Instructions
Spoon a heaping tablespoonful of melted white chocolate into one cavity in a semi-sphere silicone mold.
Brush the white chocolate up the sides of the cavity.
Refrigerate is using pure white chocolate or freeze if using confectionery coating for 8-14 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Un-mold and allow them to warm to room temperature.
Brush a thin layer of chocolate over the entire backside of the bowl or just around the outer and inner rim of the bowl then immediately roll in a bowl of sprinkles.
Once dry you can fill the bowls with your favorite treats.
