Turn store bought marshmallow squares into cute, crunchy, and chocolatey S'mores Starfish.

Ingredients
butter for greasing star shaped cookie cutters

bag Jet-Puffed S'moreMallows
30 square marshmallows

ounces
dark chocolate or dark candy melts
1 ½
cups
graham cracker crumbs from about 12 graham crackers

small candy eyes
Instructions
Grease small 1 ½ to 2 ½ inch star shaped cookie cutters with butter.
Cut marshmallows with star shaped cutters.
Cut stars in half to make 2 thin stars.
Melt and temper dark chocolate, if using pure chocolate, or melt candy melts.
Dip a marshmallow star in chocolate then coat with graham cracker crumbs.
Set dipped marshmallow on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and allow to dry.
Repeat, creating 60 starfish.
Attach two candy eyes to each using the remaining chocolate.
Store in an airtight container for up to a month.
