Peanut butter fudge filled white chocolate candies that are decorated to look like baseballs. They're perfect for a baseball themed party or a sports themed birthday party!

Peanut Butter Fudge FIlling:
  • 8 ounces white confectionery coating or white chips
  • 4 ounces peanut butter chips
  • 8 ounces creamy peanut butter
  • pinch of salt
White Chocolate:
  • 18 ounces melted and tempered pure white chocolate or melted candy melts*
  • red food coloring marker candy decorating pen

Peanut Butter Fudge FIlling:
  1. Combine white confectionery coating and peanut butter chips in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Heat on high power for 30 second increments, stirring after each, until melted.
  3. Stir in peanut butter and pinch of salt until well combined.
  4. Allow to cool slightly before pouring into your white chocolate shells.
White Chocolate:
  1. Spoon about a tablespoon of white chocolate into each baseball mold and brush it up the sides.
  2. Refrigerate (or freeze if using candy melts) for about 5 minutes until it sets.
  3. Fill each mold with fudge and chill until set.
  4. Top with a thin coating of white chocolate and chill until set.
  5. Draw on details using a red food coloring marker.
