It’s blustery cold outside, but I’m betting it’s not as chilly as it looks for these snowmen inside my Snow Globe Cake. These snowmen are made out of cake pops so they may get eaten before they freeze.
As I am writing this we are getting freezing rain. I’d prefer snow. Well, actually I’d prefer 65 degrees and sunny, but it is winter. I get it. I had planned to head out to the pool earlier this afternoon (an indoor pool,) but when I heard ice crystals hitting our roof I decided to stay safely inside my warm and cozy house.
I know many of you are snowed in right now. Your yards may look just like the inside of this snow globe, complete with snowmen. I hope you too are safe and warm.
I created this Snow Globe Cake with Cake Pop Snowmen for my gig over at Tablespoon.com.

This cake is truly stunning! I love snowmen and snow globes and you've created a masterpiece here!
Sorry y'all are cold up there. Our high today was 73 degrees! I surely wouldn't mind some lovely snow..maybe we'll get a little for Christmas.
Thanks! Oh, how I wish it were 73 degrees up here. It's been gray and dreary for days. I could use some sunshine. I don't mind cold and sunny weather. I do hope you have a white Christmas!
How cute! I never thought of a snow globe cake.
