I'm not Irish, but these pudding shots make me wish I were. I'm Kim, The Partiologist, trying to make my way into your little green heart with Shamrock Pudding Shots in Edible Shot Glasses. I've said it before, I really don't like to drink my calories...eat them? YES.
Shamrock Pudding Shots
With these pudding shots, that's exactly what you do...you eat the shot!
And that I can do.
With or without the Bailey's, they're Irish for sure.
I knew it was pure luck finding this tiny shot glass mold and a teensy tiny shamrock cutter.
Melt the green candy melts and fill each cavity.
Put the mold in the freezer until the green candy melts are frozen solid.
Remove the green cups from the mold.
Cut small shamrocks, set aside.
Mix up the peppermint pudding shots, recipe below. (Or just make regular pudding)
Fill a pastry bag and snip the end.
Fill each little chocolate shot glass with the pudding.
Add the small fondant shamrock to the side of each cup. (If it doesn't stick on it's own, you can add a tiny bit of Karo syrup)
No mess left behind, the entire cup is edible and that's no blarney.
