There’s a rainbow hiding inside this lemon flavored dessert. How’d that get in there? This Rainbow Reveal Semifreddo is a delicious dessert that will have your party guests wowed by your amazing cooking skills!

Rainbow Reveal Semifreddo

I’m glad you were curious to see how this is made.

This was a tricky recipe to figure out, but once I did it, I found that it really is a pretty simple dessert to create. Making the half moon shaped rainbow cakes takes a bit of time and patience, but it’s not difficult and the rainbows look so cool inside this frozen dessert.

They’ll make great treats for a backyard bar-b-que, a birthday party, an Earth Day celebration, or even St. Patrick’s Day.

The recipe makes enough for 3 loaves, so you can change up the flavors, if you’d like. I made lemon, coconut and blueberry. All three were wonderful, but the lemon was my favorite.

If you’d like to make some of these Rainbow Semifreddo then head over to Tablespoon.com for the recipe and tutorial.
