If you have a loved one who is infatuated with rainbows surprise him or her this Valentine’s Day with some brightly colored cheesecake hearts. The individual-sized cheesecakes have layers of rainbow colors and are so much fun!

I know many of you now own several silicone heart molds so you can make my Conversation Heart Cheesecakes or the Cranberry Orange Semifreddo Hearts. I just had to give you one more fun recipe so you’d get even more use out of your molds.
