If you love cake and peach cobbler, you are going to go nuts over this dessert mashup. This naked Peach Cobbler Layer Cake combines a lightly spiced cinnamon cake with layers of cream cheese fluff, caramelized peaches, and crunchy brown sugar cake crumbles.
This cake is the ultimate summer dessert. It’s loaded with peaches, has caramel dripping down the sides, doesn’t require any fussy decoration (even though I love that sort of thing,) and is just amazingly good.
I seriously ate half of this cake myself. I would have eaten the entire thing had guilt not set in.
The fluffy cake layered with rich and creamy cheesecake filling was enough to make this dessert insanely good, but adding caramel coated peaches and some toasty little crumbles of cake coated in butter and brown sugar made this dessert, over the top.
Ya see that slice? That was mine!
I take all my pictures in a little spot in the corner of my living room. That slice didn’t make it past the couch before I dug in. After eating that slice, I cut another. Then I had to put it in the fridge thinking “out of site, out of mind.” Yeah, that didn’t really work. I couldn’t stop thinking about it.
I don’t often get a chance to make desserts more than once being I’m so busy making new desserts. But, this one is definitely at the top of my “must make again” list.
I used fresh peaches, being peach season is in full swing, but if you decide to make this in the middle of winter, you can easily use frozen peaches. I’m sure it will be just as good.
But, peaches are fresh and juicy right now, so I would make sure to grab some next time you are at the grocery store or farmers market so you can make this decadent treat.

LOL! Yep, I could easily have had the big slice too! I do hope you try it. I know you’ll love it!
