If you like pumpkin cheesecake, you are going to love this Black Cat Cheesecake
that I made for Halloween.

I am totally in love with the flavor of this chocolate and pumpkin cheesecake. I took a few different recipes and blended them all together to make the ultimate pumpkin cheesecake. As this cheesecake baked the house filled with the sent of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves. I was so anxious to take that first bite, but had to wait for hours until it cooled. Oh, the agony.

It was so worth the wait. I took a spoonful of the cheesecake and allowed it to linger on my tongue, closed my eyes, and felt all warm inside. It felt like autumn had finally arrived in my kitchen.

I plan to use this pumpkin cheesecake recipe to make some small individual treats for our Halloween party and will share the tutorial here in a few weeks, but for now, if you’d like to make this Painted Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake, head over to Tablespoon.com for the recipe and instructions.
