Ice Cream Sundae Bark

May 23, 2020 This post may contain affiliate links.

A crispy white chocolate version of an ice cream sundae can be packed up in boxes or bags and given as gifts to your favorite people. This white chocolate bark is topped with chopped peanuts, maraschino cherries, sprinkles, and chocolate ganache that’s made using vanilla ice cream.

I have fallen in love with this white chocolate bark. I’ve made two batches this week already and there are just a few pieces left in my candy dish. When you take a bite you really get the flavor of an ice cream sundae and it’s amazing.

When I was asked to create an ice cream sundae bark for Dixie Crystals I knew it should have the traditional ice cream sundae toppings like chopped peanuts, sprinkles, and hot fudge. Of course, it needed to have the cherry on top too.

But I also wanted to actually incorporate some real vanilla ice cream into this recipe to really bring out the ice cream flavor.

Can you guess how I did that?

You’ll need to head over to Dixie Crystals to see the full recipe.

How fun! I am planning an ice cream party, so this would be the perfect treat to include, plus it won’t melt! 😉
