Although I make party food all the time for this blog, my husband and I don’t only eat appetizers and desserts, although that would be fun. Not only do I enjoy creating festive party food, I love to cook real food loaded with fresh produce. I even garden and those orange peppers in the picture above were grown in my yard.
This month, I had the opportunity to share the recipe for one of my favorite meals, Honey Mustard Tortellini Pasta Salad over at Taste for Adventure at Tablespoon.com. This dish is filled with colorful peppers, tart apples, crisp celery, cheese tortellini, grilled chicken, and Havarti cheese all tossed with homemade honey mustard dressing.
I love making a big batch of this salad to keep in the fridge for weeks when I’m busy in the kitchen making party food, like this week. I’m busy working on some fun Halloween food. Be back soon to share some with you.
