I always have modeling chocolate on hand. I make big batches of it, and store it in zip top bags. It keeps for months. If you haven’t tried working with it yet, I highly recommend doing so. I have a great recipe tutorial along with troubleshooting tips on my Chocolate Making Tips page.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs
white or pink modeling chocolate (click for recipe)
OR use white royal icing (Betty Crocker Cookie Icing)
Supplies (if using modeling chocolate):
non-stick mat (or dust a cutting board with powdered sugar)
large oval plunger cutter or metal oval cutter
small round plunger cutter
These Chocolate Peanut Butter Bunny Feet can be stored in an airtight container for about a month, so you don’t have any excuse to make these before Easter.
