Do you have lots of left over turkey every year at Thanksgiving?
We do, so I turn it into Cranberry Turkey Salad.
I’m sure most people would just leave it at that, but you know me, I have to make my presentation pretty, so I created some Crescent Roll Cornucopia and filled them with the turkey salad.
The cornucopia are made just like my Crescent Roll Carrots, but instead of using a cream horn form to shape my crescent rolls, I covered some sugar cones in tin foil then wrapped the crescent roll dough around them. I had some readers tell me they did that to make their carrots, so I thought I’d give it a try.
It worked great.
